What your project manager tracks on your behalf

Every Florette move is assigned a single project manager who monitors your shipment end-to-end — from packing day through to delivery confirmation at your destination address. You don't need a portal to know where your goods are; your PM does.

The milestones they track for you: packing completion and container seal, export customs clearance at Port Klang, vessel departure and sailing confirmation, port of arrival and berthing notification, destination customs clearance status, inland transport dispatch, and final delivery confirmation.

For international moves, your PM also monitors the destination customs queue — particularly relevant for India (Nhava Sheva and Chennai clearance times), Australia (AQIS inspection slot), and Singapore (AVS clearance for pet moves). If anything changes, your PM contacts you proactively — you don't need to chase.

Have your booking reference ready

When contacting us for a status update, have your booking reference number from your confirmation email ready. This lets your PM pull your file immediately. If you've misplaced it, your full name and move date are enough to locate your record.
