Both warehouses: 24-hour security guards on site, CCTV monitoring with recording, fire suppression systems, access logs maintained. Insurance via Berjaya Insurance Berhad bundled — coverage based on declared value of stored items, not warehouse-wide flat coverage.

Storage from 6 months or more becomes long-term and qualifies for committed-period pricing, which works out cheaper per month than month-to-month renewal. A 12-month commitment gets the best per-month rate; 6-month and 24-month sit between.

Self-storage vaults: 3 cbm vault RM 250/month, 5 cbm vault RM 350/month — these are sealed individual units, useful for clients who want their items in their own dedicated unit rather than shared shelving.
Long-term storage is access-by-appointment, not walk-in. 24-48 hour notice for standard access. Same-day access available for emergencies (medical, legal documents, urgent business items) — not chargeable as standard. Pulling items from sealed boxes during storage is possible but extra labour; we'll quote at request.
Between assignments: corporate transferees with overlapping postings or short between-assignment gaps. 3-12 months typical.
Renovation gaps: home renovations running 4-9 months — entire household contents stored, returned when work completes.
Estate management: items being held during probate, ownership reorganisation, or inheritance distribution.
Pending overseas moves: clients who've vacated Malaysian properties but whose international move is delayed (visa wait, destination housing search). Bonded warehouse useful here.
Commercial inventory consolidation: businesses consolidating stock from multiple sources before export or distribution.
