Employee and Group Relocation Services

When your company is moving 5, 12, or 25 employees in or out of Malaysia, single-point project management matters more than any individual move's pricing — one PM, one weekly report, locked framework pricing across the group.

Why HR teams pick us for group moves

Built for groups — not 25 separate move threads

Parallel scheduling, locked group pricing, one consolidated weekly report and a track record HR procurement can actually reference.

Parallel scheduling

Surveys, packing, transit and customs synchronised across every employee — same departure window, different destinations, one master schedule.

Locked group pricing

Per move-type rates fixed for the contract period (12-24 months). Consolidated monthly invoicing across the whole group — no surprise line items.

Single weekly report

One consolidated update per week covering every employee — not 25 separate threads. HR keeps full visibility with low coordination overhead.

25-employee proven track record

Biocon Malaysia (25 employees) and Reliance Malaysia (12 employees) executed in parallel — referenceable group engagements for procurement.

What we cover

What every group engagement includes

One project manager per engagement — survey to settled-in — with three workstreams running in parallel across every employee in the group.

Why groups are different Why group moves are operationally different from individual moves

Why group moves are operationally different

An individual move has one set of variables — one family, one origin, one destination, one timeline. A 25-employee group multiplies every variable and adds dependencies between them. That's a project, not a sequence of moves — and it needs project management, not 25 separate sales handovers.

How we project-manage How we project-manage a group engagement

How we project-manage a group engagement

A single PM is assigned to the corporate engagement for the contract duration. The PM owns all communication with the HR or mobility team — you don't get handed off between sales, operations, and customer service. Same person, survey through settled-in.

Settling-in services
How it works

From briefing to consolidated reporting

Five stages, one project manager. The same shape whether it's 5 employees or 25 — only the scheduling complexity changes.

  1. 1

    Group briefing

Scope call with HR / global mobility — employee count, destinations, departure window, family compositions, scope per assignee.

  2. 2

    Framework agreement

Locked per move-type pricing for the contract period (12-24 months). COIs, references, sample terms shared upfront for procurement.

  3. 3

    Master schedule

PM builds a single master schedule across all employees — visa windows, school terms, lease ends, customs windows flagged before they collide.

  4. 4

    Parallel execution

Synchronised surveys, packing, transit, customs and settling-in run in parallel under one PM. Same operations team across every employee in the group.

  5. 5

    Consolidated reporting

One weekly status report covering every employee. Single monthly invoice. 30-day settling-in support continues through the full engagement.

Operational detail

Pricing and contracting model

Framework agreement model: locked pricing per move type (FCL 20ft, FCL 40ft, excess baggage, domestic, settling-in, vehicle shipping, pet relocation) for the contract period, typically 12-24 months. Single consolidated monthly invoice covering all moves executed in the period, or per-employee billing if that fits your accounts payable workflow better. RFP and tender process supported — we provide COIs, professional indemnity certificates, references from current corporate clients, and sample contract terms.

Inbound services for arriving employees

Most expat packages include settling-in services beyond the move itself: airport pickup, temporary accommodation booking, home search across Mont Kiara, Bangsar, Ampang, Damansara Heights, KL Sentral, Brickfields, Bangsar South, KLCC, Desa Park City, Sunway, Iskandar Puteri, and Penang. School placement at AISKL, Alice Smith, Sayfol, Taylor's, and IGB International. Utility setup (TNB, Air Selangor, Unifi/TM/Maxis). Bank introductions. Driving licence conversion guidance. 30-day post-arrival check-ins. Available bundled with moves or as standalone service.

Outbound services for departing employees

Mirror of inbound — survey, packing, FCL/LCL/groupage to destination, customs at both ends, door delivery. For employees moving to India, Transfer of Residence (TR) handled as standard. For UK destinations, ToR (Transfer of Residence relief) handled. Vehicle shipping where needed. Pet relocation through specialist partners. Single bundled quote covering everything.

How we handle parallel scheduling for groups

Group moves rarely happen in a single batch — they're staggered across weeks or months depending on visa processing, family commitments, school terms, and lease ends. Our PM maintains a master schedule, flags conflicts (two moves needing the same vehicle on the same day, customs windows colliding), and reports forward-looking risks to the HR team before they become problems. Most group moves complete on schedule because the issues get caught at planning rather than execution.

What HR teams say

Procurement-friendly, operationally tight

Representative feedback from HR & global-mobility leads we work with on group engagements.

The master schedule held across three departure waves. Twenty-five families, twenty-five different households, twenty-five different timelines — one PM, one inbox, one weekly status email. That made all the difference for our mobility programme.

Ad-hoc, framework, or group project — the right contracting shape depends on annual volume and the size of the cohort.

Best for one-off executive moves, irregular volume, or a pilot move before a framework conversation.

  • Per-move quote, 24-hour turnaround
  • All standard inclusions covered

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

The questions HR and mobility teams ask most often before scoping a group engagement.

How many employees can you handle in one group move?

Largest single batch executed: 25 employees for Biocon Malaysia. Larger groups (40-50+) are achievable with phased planning across a 2-3 month window.

Is pricing locked across the group?

Yes for framework agreements — single price per move type for the contract period, usually 12-24 months. Individual ad-hoc moves quoted with the same 24-hour turnaround.

How do you handle different destinations within one group?

Single PM coordinates all destinations centrally. Each employee gets their own destination logistics handled, but the corporate HR team gets one weekly consolidated report covering everyone regardless of where they're going.

Can you handle the full HR mobility scope (school search, home search, utilities)?

Yes — full settling-in services for inbound assignments. Most engagements bundle move plus settling-in into a single corporate quote.

Do you support RFPs and tenders?

Yes — including COIs, professional indemnity certificates, references from current corporate clients (with their permission), and sample contract terms. We've responded to dozens of corporate procurement RFPs.

What sectors do you work with?

25+ Fortune-500 clients across airlines and aviation, energy and oil & gas, pharmaceuticals and life sciences, banking and financial services, government missions and high commissions, tourism and hospitality, and education.

Planning a group move? Let's scope it under one PM.

Single point of contact, locked group pricing, consolidated invoicing, one weekly status report — for a 5-person cohort or a 25-employee group.
