Built around the small details
Florette Relocation is based in Kuala Lumpur. The team treats each move as its own job rather than running everything through a single checklist. A 40-foot container leaving Port Klang for Sydney has different problems than a studio move across Bangsar, and trying to handle both the same way is how things go wrong.
We started in 2016 and restructured in 2020 around a single-PM model: one named project manager from the first survey through to the last box delivered. Since then we have worked with Fortune-500 HR teams, diplomatic missions, families moving between continents, and individual clients moving across the Klang Valley. The size has changed. The standard has not.
