The detail

IT and server handling

Servers and IT equipment need anti-static protection, rack-aware crating, and tight coordination with the IT team responsible for power-down and bring-up. We handle the physical move — racks pulled, equipment crated with anti-static wrap, transported in climate-controlled vehicles for distance moves, re-racked at destination. Cabling and configuration is your IT team's scope. We don't pretend to do their job, and we don't do it badly. Pre-move coordination with your named IT contact ensures the cut-over window is clear.

Document archives — chain of custody

Sensitive documents (HR files, financials, client records, legal archives) need chain-of-custody documentation. Florette uses sealed boxes with tamper-evident tape, signed inventory at pickup and delivery, and locked transport. For long-term archive consolidation between offices, our 10,000 sq ft bonded warehouse in Klang offers secure storage with 24/7 guards, CCTV and fire suppression.
