Pricing for PJ moves
PJ pricing similar to KL pricing for comparable property types. Local moves within PJ: 1-bedroom condo from RM 550, 2-bedroom RM 800-1,500, 3-bedroom condo or smaller landed RM 1,500-2,800, 4-bedroom-plus landed RM 3,000-5,000.
Inter-area moves (PJ to KL, PJ to Subang, PJ to Cyberjaya): typically 4-6 hour windows, similar pricing to local moves at the upper end of those ranges.

Common PJ move scenarios
Upsize within the same area: family in a 2-bedroom Damansara Utama condo moving to a 3-bedroom landed home in TTDI. Common because PJ residents tend to stay in PJ as families grow.
PJ-to-international: PJ professionals (banking, IT, healthcare) relocating overseas. Both UAE and Australia routes are common from PJ — the Damansara Utama and Bandar Utama corporate residents tend to be regionally mobile. See our full international movers service.

Estate downsizing: older PJ residents moving from large landed homes to smaller condos. Typically more sensitive moves due to long residences and fragile content built up over decades.
Kelana Jaya — the LDP condo corridor
Kelana Jaya's LDP-adjacent condo strip — Sunway Masala, Kelana Impian, Kelana Puteri, and the blocks between Kelana Jaya LRT and the Federal Highway — has some of the highest move frequency in PJ. Shorter tenancies, younger professionals, higher density. These are typically 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom moves with 3–7-day booking windows. We accommodate these efficiently without requiring the same lead time as a 4-bedroom SS-section family home — size and complexity determine our booking requirements, not location.
Old Klang Road corridor and OUG
The Old Klang Road corridor (OUG, Kuchai Lama, Salak South) straddles PJ and South KL administratively, but the move character is PJ suburban. Older low-rise condos and linked houses, easier parking than KLCC or Bangsar South on move day, established middle-class residents. We cover this corridor without distinguishing whether the address resolves to Kuala Lumpur or Petaling Jaya postcodes — both are routine Klang Valley residential for us.
Bandar Utama and Damansara Utama — the high-value belt
Bandar Utama semidees and bungalows (BU sections 1–9) and Damansara Utama's established homes are among PJ's highest-value residential properties. Moves from these addresses tend to have higher volume, more fragile content (art, antiques, collections, high-specification home audio), and often an international dimension. We deploy our senior packing crew for BU and DU landed-home engagements by default.
