When you need storage for a few weeks to a few months, not a full year, the use case is usually one of three: a renovation gap between handover and move-in, a lease that ended before your new property is ready, or a transition between moves where your goods can't go directly to the new address. Florette runs short-term storage out of our 5,000 sq ft KL warehouse with self-storage vault options, faster access than long-term storage, and pricing that doesn't penalise you for storing for "only" a few weeks.

For short-term needs, vaults are usually the better option. You get a dedicated sealed unit, predictable pricing without measuring cubic metres, and faster access since your stuff is in one location not consolidated with other clients'.
KL warehouse: 24-hour security guard on site, CCTV monitoring with recording, fire suppression. Berjaya Insurance Berhad cover bundled, based on declared value of stored items.
Some storage providers charge "short-term penalty rates" that effectively double monthly cost for under-3-month storage. Florette doesn't. Our standard rate (RM 35/cbm/month or vault rates above) applies whether you store for 1 month or 11 months. Long-term commitments (6, 12, 24 months) get progressively better rates, but short-term doesn't get punished.
If short-term storage is between two Florette moves (you're using us for both the move-out and move-in), the storage typically gets bundled into the project quote with no separate fees. The unified quote covers move-out, storage period, and move-in.
